Fe-C-Si三元系熔体中C与Si的相互作用

摘要 用碳溶解度法测定了Fe—C—Si三元系熔体在1400℃时Si对碳溶解度的影响关系。计算得到Fe—C—Si熔体的活度相互作用系数:ε_C^(Si)=11.678,ρ_C^(Si)=9.062,ρ_C^(C·Si)=-6.579,ρ_S^c=-3.323,ρ_(Si)^(C·Si)=20.160,从而求得该三元系中C、Si的活度系数表达式分别是: The influence of Si on the C Solubility in Fe-C-Si mel, was determined at 1400℃ by using the C solubility method The intcraction coefficients between C and Si in this melt are obtained as follows:ε_c^(st)=11.678, ρ_c^(st)=9.062, ρ_c^(c·st)=-6.579, ρ_(st)~c=-6.326, ρ_(SI)^(C·SI)=20.160. The following expressions of the activity coefficients for C and Si are established: lnγclac=1=1.650+3.729N_(si)+6.954N_(st)~2 lnγc/γ_o^C=11.744Nc+1.678N_(si)-5.872N_c^2+9.062N_(si)~2-6.579N_cN_(si) lnγsi/γ_(si)~o=13.713N_(si)+11.678N_c-6.857N_(si)~2-3.323N_c^2+20.160N_cN_s
