概述了人才资本的理论基础、人才资本有偿转移的理论价值及实际意义,提出了人才资本价值度量及有偿转移制度设计的研究思路。
This article summarizes the theoretical basis of talent capital, the theoretical value and practice significance of talent capital repayable shift research. It proposes the research thought of the talent capital value measuring and system design of its repayable shift.
