摘要
人才才能三态的关系表现为正相关性、循环性、反常性和超常性。这些理论探讨有利于人才的选拔、任用和评价,有利于创新型国家的构建,有利于提高人才的使用效能、优化人才环境。
The relative trait of the three states of talent ability includes positive correlation, circularity,abnormality and over constancy. The theoretic researches contribute to talent selection, appointment and evaluation, to construction of innovative country, and to improve of talent efficiency and talent environment.
