住区规划应对人口老龄化的若干设想

The tentative conception of community plan aiming at population aging

针对我国目前人口现状以及未来的发展趋势,从城市住宅区规划的非技术层面提出了若干设想,包括探讨住宅市场消费主体、户型设置、无障碍设置方式和结合高科技的人性化设置等,以期能够解决即将出现的老龄化问题。

Regarding on the population situation of our country as well as the future trend of development, the paper put forward tentative conception from the aspect of residential district-plan. It discussed the consumptive principal parts of realty market, the non-barrier design and the humanity design combining with high technology and so on. We hope this conception can solve the aging problem which soon appears.
