摘要
目的探讨胎盘组织中凋亡蛋白Caspase3、凋亡抑制蛋白Bcl-2的表达及其与羊水过少的相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测羊水过少30例(羊水过少组)和正常产妇30例(对照组)胎盘滋养细胞Caspase3、Bcl-2的表达,通过免疫组化积分判断两者表达的高低。结果羊水过少组胎盘滋养细胞Caspase3、Bcl-2表达的免疫组化积分分别为4.90±0.71、1.80±0.76,对照组分别为2.06±0.64、4.00±0.69。羊水过少组Caspase3的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而Bcl-2则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。Caspase3与Bcl-2在羊水过少组胎盘滋养细胞中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.74,P<0.05)。结论胎盘滋养细胞Caspase3高表达、Bcl-2低表达可能与羊水过少的发生有关。Caspase3与Bcl-2在胎盘滋养细胞中的表达失衡可能是羊水过少发生的原因之一。
Objective To explore the relationship between the expressions of caspase3 and Bcl -2 in placenta and the event of oligohydramnios. Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed to determine the expressions of caspase3 and Bcl -2 in placenta from a test group (30 cases of oligohydramnios) and a control group (30 cases of normal pregnan- cy). Results Immunohistochemistry showed the expression of caspase3 in placental trophoblasts was higher in the test group than in the control (4.90 ± 0.71 vs. 2.06 ±0. 64, P 〈 0.05 ), and the expression of Bcl - 2 was lower in the test group ( 1.80 ± 0.76 vs. 4.00 ± 0.69, P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of caspase3 was inversely correlated with that of Bcl - 2 in oligohydramnios ( r = - 0.47, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expressions of caspase3 and Bcl - 2 in placenta may play important roles in oligohydramnios. The imbalance of their expressions may be one of the causes of oligohydramnios.
