我国职业足球俱乐部中风险投资的退出方式研究

A Study on the Withdrawal Ways of Venture Capital in Professional Football Clubs of China

运用文献资料法以及逻辑分析法,对我国职业足球俱乐部领域内的风险投资退出方式进行了研究。认为兼并收购是目前我国职业足球俱乐部领域内风险投资最为现实可能的退出方式,指出我国职业足球俱乐部领域内的风险投资应力争通过公开发行股票的方式上市退出。并提出了进一步完善我国职业足球俱乐部领域内风险投资退出机制的策略。

By using the way of literature and logical analysis, the withdrawal ways of venture capital in professional football clubs of China are discussed in this paper. The paper holds that Mergers ＆ Acquisition is the most practical and possible withdrawal way of venture capital in professional football clubs of China, and points out that the venture capital in professional football clubs of China should try to withdraw by the way of Initial Public Offering. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the withdrawing of venture capital in professional football clubs of China.
