This paper argues that the criterion for judging translated works lies in whether the criterion is scientific, definite and feasible. The paper confirms that the criterion can be scientific and its definiteness is decided by the acceptability of the recipients of the translated work,which can be readily traced with the help of !nternet search engines,thus making the criterion reach the objectives where the minority gives in to the majority and making the judgment well-founded.
