煤粉的高浓度气力输送的试验研究之二

摘要 本文介绍了煤粉在斜管内的某些输送规律,研究了煤粉输送管道的水平倾角θ、雷诺准数Re及固气比对输送的影响。当水平倾角θ=30°~45°时,输送比较稳定。当Re提高时,压损也是增加的。固气比增加时,单位压损也随之提高。在试验条件下,第5个试验方案为最优方案。 This paper reports some laws of the pneumatic transport of pul- verized coal in the inclined pipe. The dip angle of the pipe, the Reynolds number and the ratio of solid/air affecting the pneumatic transport of pu- lverized coal have been studied. The pneumatic transport will be stable when the dip angle of the pipe is 30°- 45. The pressure drop will be increased with the Reynolds number or the ratio of solid/air. Experimental results show that the 5th experimental version is the best one under these experi mental conditions.
