摘要
为了仲裁2006年2月广州某河段大量死鱼事件中鱼类死亡原因而进行的监测时,用白鲢鱼种(Hy-pophthamichthys molitrix)对污染源废水及鱼塘水分别进行了鱼类急性毒性试验。污染源废水和鱼塘水的96hLC50分别为2.65%、33.13%,污染源废水和鱼塘水的COD、BOD、氰化物、重金属(镍、锌、铜、铅、镉)等均出现超标情况,其中氰化物、重金属(镍、锌、铜、铅、镉)污染物严重超标。监测结果表明,以重金属污染为主的电镀废水是导致死鱼事件的主要原因。
In order to monitor the cause for arbitration of a fish killing accident occurred in some river in Guang- zhou in February 2006, fish acute toxicity tests with Hypophthamichthys molitrix were conducted with the conta- minated water and the water from a fish pond. 96hLC50 values of water samples from the pond and the contaminated source water were 33. 13%, 2. 65%, respectively. COD, BOD, cyanide, heavy metal ( Ni2+ , Zn2+ 、 Cu2+ 、 Pb2+ , Cd2+ ) in both water samples were over-standard. The result showed that effluent of the electroplate factory is the main cause of fish kills accident.
