环境友好型悬浮陶瓷挂膜试验研究

摘要 以环境友好型悬浮陶瓷(EFSC)作挂膜载体,酸碱预处理后采用从活性污泥中分离的产荚膜细菌作生物膜生物进行固定化处理,在模拟废水中进行挂膜试验。结果表明,经固定化处理的载体在挂膜时间缩短90%的情况下,所挂生物膜厚度较未固定化的增加了12.3μm,耗氧速率大幅提高,COD降解率增加7.6%。 Bacteria with capsule were immobilized in Environment-friendly Suspended Ceramic(EFSC) as membrane-forming carrier pretreated with acid and alkali. Forming membrane experiments were conducted in simulated wastewater, the result indicated that membrane-forming process was 10 times faster, thickness of membrane increased 12.3μm, Oxygen Uptake Rate(OUR)improved greatly, COD degradation rate increased by 7.6%, compared to unimmobitized carrier.
