摘要
本文简述了中国环境影响评价中公众参与的现状及存在问题,论述公众参与有效性在环境影响评价中的重要性和必要性,主要探了讨如何提高公众参与在环境影响评价中的有效性。
The status and problems of the public participation in environmental impact assessment in China were introduced. The importance and necessity of the validity of the public participation in environmental impact assessment were discoursed as well. This paper discussed how to enhance the validity of the public participation in environmental impact assessment mostly.
