摘要
用热浸法对含碳量不同的材料20、T10钢和HT15—33灰口铸铁进行渗铝。研究了几种材料渗铝后渗层的组织和相结构、渗层的耐高温氧化性和耐H_2S腐蚀性能。并运用数学回归方法计算出铝在不同实验材料中的扩散激活能。讨论了渗铝机理以及渗镀工艺因素对渗层质量的影响,以期为在生产上扩大渗铝工艺的应用提供实验依据。
The hot dip coating with aluminium was applied to several dif- ferent carbon contents materials such as 20, T10 steel and HT15-33 grey cast iron. After hot aluminizing, the microstructure and phase constitution of coating as well as the oxidation resistance at elevated temperature and the corrosion resistance of coating have been investigated. The activation energies of aluminium in above materials have been calculated by using re- gression analysis. The aluminiaing mechanism and the effects of diffusion coating process on the coating qualities are also discussed. The intention of the present research is to give experimental evidences for extending the ap- plication of this aluminizing process in practice.
