This paper uses SWOT model to make a more detailed analysis on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of migrant workers returning home to establish a business entrepreneurial. It identifies the current existed plight of migrant workers returning home to establish a business and puts forward the solutions for both government and migrant workers.
