摘要
本文研究了钒对低碳铸钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,0.135%钒能显著细化铸钢的组织;增加抗高温回火稳定性;提高正火强度并保持较高的低温韧性,但同时增加了组织不均匀性。
The effect of vanadium on the structure and properties of low- carbon cast steel was studied in this paper. When the content of vana- dium in the steel is 0.135% (Wt.%), the structure of cast steel becomes finer markedly; the high tempering stability is improved; but the tensile strength of normalized steel is enhanced; meanwhile the relatively high toughness at low temperature is preserved.
