我国环境政策与日韩环境政策的比较研究

A Comparative Research on Environmental Policies of China and Environmental Policies of Japan and Korea

本文从影响环境政策发展的两个重要因素(即环境政策与经济发展过程存在的紧密联系和发挥地方政府作用),对我国与日、韩的环境政策进行了比较研究,并对我国的环境政策效果有限的原因进行了分析。

The article makes a comparitive research on the Chinese environmental policies and environmental policies of Japan and Korea and makes analysis on the reason of limited result of the Chinese environmental policies based on the two important factors which affect the development of environmental policies （i.e.. environmental policy and economic development course exist a close relation and give play to the role of local governments）.
