Automatization Application of Marsh Gas Project ——PLC Mode of Marsh Gas Concentration Supply Project in Changping Dongxincheng Village

本文以北京市昌平区东新城沼气集中供气工程为例,该工程利用三菱PLC可编程控制系统对沼气工程的进料系统、发酵系统、沼气净化系统和沼气存储系统等实施监测与控制,提高了沼气工程的管理水平,降低了工人的劳动量,降低了运行成本。

The paper takes marsh gas concentration supply project in Changping Dongxincheng Village of Beijing as an example. The project uses Mitsubishi PLC（Programmable Logical Controller） to monitor and control feed system, ferment system, marsh gas purifying system and marsh gas storage system of marsh gas project to improve the management level, to lower the labour quantity of workers and to reduce the operation costs.
