The Investment Risk Study for Foreign Direct Investment Based on Eclectic Theory

摘要在国际生产折衷理论框架下,从所有权优势、内部化优势、区位优势的角度出发,建立对外投资项目指标体系,并采用多层级模糊综合评价对对外直接投资项目的投资风险进行分析评价。 This paper establishes an index system on the basis of eclectic theory for the international investment project from the angle of the ownership advantages, internalization advantages and location advantages, and adopts a multi - steps fuzzy method to analyze and estimate the risk of foreign direct investment.
