摘要 为了综合诊断水闸健康状况,建立多层次诊断指标体系,需要运用适当的方法分别确定各下层诊断指标对上层诊断指标的相对重要程度,即权重系数,然后根据各下层诊断指标的权重系数与其诊断结果逐级向上层综合.分析了水闸健康综合诊断权重系统的确定方法,着重分析了层次分析法以及考虑群组决策的改进层次分析法,提出了基于最优化准则的权重系数融合方法.实例分析表明,将多种方法确定的权重系数进行融合,可得到更合理的权重系数,从而更好地对水闸健康状况进行综合诊断. The multi-hierarchy comprehensive diagnosis index system for sluice health was established to diagnose the health status of a sluice. It is necessary to determine the relative importance (weight coefficient) of each lower layer diagnosis index influencing the upper layer index with proper methods. Then, the health status of a sluice is diagnosed gradually according to the lower layer weight coefficients and diagnosis results. The determination of weight coefficients is a core issue in the comprehensive diagnosis of sluice health. The methods of determining the weight coefficients of sluice health diagnosis were analyzed, and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the improved AHP considering group decision-making were emphatically analyzed. A weight-syncretizing method was proposed based on the optimization criteria. A case study shows that more reasonable weight coefficients can be obtained by syncretizing the weight coefficients determined from different methods, so as to better diagnose health status of a sluice.
