浙江省健康促进学校中小学生伤害干预效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价浙江省健康促进学校中小学生伤害干预效果,为中小学伤害的干预研究和健康促进学校效果的科学评价提供依据。方法抽取浙江省开展健康促进学校创建的中小学校9所,在实施伤害干预前后,采用问卷调查学生伤害相关知识和行为情况,评价干预效果。结果开展健康促进学校干预后,学生的18项有关预防伤害的信念问题中有15项明显提高(P值均<0.05),24项学生伤害危险行为中有16项明显降低(P值均<0.05),知道如何解救触电病人和处理碰撞伤的学生比例明显增加(P值均<0.05)。以往伤害干预中较难的男生"捉弄同学"和"被同学或其他人威胁"的行为报告率也由干预前的5.85%和4.43%分别降至干预后的3.45%和3.29%。结论借助健康促进学校开展中小学生预防伤害干预,对提高学生伤害相关信念、建立健康行为效果显著。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of injury prevention through Health-promoting School Program carried in Zhejiang province,and to provide evidence for the assessment.Methods According to Develop Health-promoting School Program in Zhejiang province,before and after the program,questionnaire survey was conducted in 9 schools to compare the change in belief and behavior among the students.Results After intervention,15 items improved significantly among 18 items of belief about injury(P〈0.05);Among 24 items of high-risk behavior about injury,16 items decreased significantly(P〈0.05).The rate of knowing how to deal with electric shock or colliding patients increased significantly(P〈0.05).The self-reporting rates of teasing and being threatening were decreased(5.85%vs.3.45%,4.43%vs.3.29%).Conclusion Intervention measures of injury through the Health-promoting School Program is effective to improve KAP about injury among students.
