海南省12岁学生口腔健康状况流行病学调查

Epidemiologic Survey of Oral Health Status of 12-year-old Children in Hainan Province

目的了解海南省12岁学生口腔健康状况,为中小学生口腔卫生保健提供相关信息。方法按照《第3次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案》,采用多阶段分层等容量随机抽样的方法,抽取海南省12岁城乡常住人口777人,进行口腔健康状况的流行病学调查。结果12岁人群患龋率为49.9%,龋均为1.1;患龋者中,因龋充填率仅为3.6%;男、女生患龋率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),城乡间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);龋均男女间和城乡间差异均无统计学意义。牙龈出血率为63.6%,牙石检出率为32.6%,城乡之间和男女之间差异均无统计学意义。结论海南省12岁人群龋病状况处于"很低"等级水平,且其中绝大部分龋齿未得到治疗,牙周健康状况不良,牙龈炎患病率较高。

Objective To evaluate the status of caries on permanent teeth in 12-year-old children in Hainan province so as to provide scientific basis for the establishment of oral health care policies.Methods An equal-sized stratified multi-stage randomly sampling design was applied to obtain provincially representative sample group consisted of 777 residents.The caries on the permanent teeth were assessed according to The Guideline for the 3rd National Oral Health Survey.Results The caries rate of the children was 49.9%,the mean DMFT was 1.1 and the restorative index RI was 3.6%.Significant difference of the caries rate was found in gender（P〈0.01）,but was not found between city and countryside（P〉0.05）.No significant differences of mean DMFT were found both in gender and between city and countryside.The prevalence of gingival bleeding was 63.6%,and the rate of dental calculus was 32.6%.No significant difference was found between boys and girls or rural and urban.Conclusion There is a high level of dental caries in Hainan province,with most of the decayed teeth not treated.Their peridontal health is poor and the prevalence of gingivitis is high.
