摘要
目的用反相高效液相色谱法建立滇桂艾纳香中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法Kromasil C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.2%磷酸-乙腈(93:7),检测波长326nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果在该色谱条件下,绿原酸在15.3—61.2mg/L范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9992。样品平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论方法简便易行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于滇桂艾纳香中绿原酸含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Blumea riparia ( BI. ) DC. by HPLC. Methods Column was Kromasil C 18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was 0.2% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile (93:7 ). The detection wavelength was 326nm and flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Resnlts In this condition, chlorogenic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 15.3 -61.2 mg/L, r = 0. 9992. The average recovery was 100.5% , and RSD was 1.2% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is reliable, simple and accurate. It can be use for the determination of chlorogenie acid in Blumea riparia (Bl.) DC.
