二氢杨梅素对戊巴比妥钠致小鼠催眠作用的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察二氢杨梅素对戊巴比妥钠致小鼠催眠作用的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为二氢杨梅素125 mg/kg组、250 mg/kg组、500 mg/kg组,西咪替丁组和蒸馏水组,观察二氢杨梅素对戊巴比妥钠致小鼠催眠作用的影响,并考察其对小鼠中枢的直接作用以及多次给二氢杨梅素后致小鼠催眠作用的影响。结果二氢杨梅素各剂量组,西咪替丁组和蒸馏水组比较,能显著延长戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠时间,缩短潜伏期;二氢杨梅素对小鼠中枢无直接作用。结论二氢杨梅素可延长戊巴比妥钠的作用,作用机理可能与抑制细胞色素P450,抑制戊巴比妥钠的代谢有关。 Objective To survey the influence of dihydromyricetin ( DMY ) on the hypnotic effects of pentobarbital sodium on mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into DMY 125mg/kg group, DMY 250mg/kg group, DMY 500mg/kg group, Cimetidine group and distilled water group. Effect of drug on mice hypnosis induced by pentobarbital sodium was observed. Effect of drugs on mice central action was also observed. Results Compared with the group of distilled water, drugs in the group of DMY 125 mg/kg group, DMY 250 mg/kg group, DMY 500mg/kg group and Cimetidine significantly prolonged the time of falling asleep, shortened the duration of hypnosis induced by pentobarbital sodium in mice respectively. It made clear that dihydromyricetin has not any direct effects on the function of central nervous system. Conclusion Dihydromyricetin can increase the effect of Pentobarbital sodium and the mechanism may be related to inhibiting the activity of cytochrome P450 , decreasing metabolism of pentobarbital sodium.
