摘要
目的测定10种蒙药中的铜含量。方法采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定10种蒙药样品中的铜含量。结果所测10种蒙药中铜含量均符合标准。结论FAAS方法较简便,稳定可靠,可以作为铜的检测方法。
Objective To determine the copper content of 10 Mongolian medicines. Methods The copper content was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry（FAAS）. Results The copper content of 10 Mongolian medicines was complied with national standard. Conclusion FAAS is simple and accurate for the copper content determination.
