摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP—HPLC)测定黄杨宁片中环维黄杨星D的含量。方法环维黄杨星D与异氰酸苯酯反应后,用RP—HPLC测定,色谱柱为ODS—C18柱;流动相为甲醇-水(84:16);检测波长:234nm。结果衍生化反应在23.03~53.73μg·ml^-1浓度范围内线性良好,r=0.9998(n=5),回收率均值96.1%,重复性好。结论该法准确,可靠,专属性强,可用于黄杨宁片中环雏黄杨星D的质量控制。
Objective To develop an RP - HPLC method for quantitative determination of Cyclovirohuxine D in HuangYangNing tablets. Methods Cyelovirobuxine D reacted with a derivative reagent phenyl isocyanate in chloroform. The analysis was carried out on C18 eolumn, the mobile phase was methanol -water(86: 14) ,and the detection wavelength was at 234 nm. Results Good linearity was obtained from 23.03 μg · ml^ -1 to 53.73 μg · ml^-1 of eyelovirobuxine D derivatives with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8. The average recovery was 96.1% , RSD = 1.5%. Conclusion The method is aeeurate, reliable and specific and earl be used for the quality control of Huangyangning tablets.
