越鞠保和软胶囊薄层鉴别与定量测定研究

Studies TLC and Quantitative Determination of Yueju Baohe Soft Capsules

目的为制定越鞠保和软胶囊的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法（TLC）鉴别木香、川芎、苍术，采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定栀子苷的含量。结果通过方法学考察，栀子苷进样量在20～320ng范围内呈良好的线性关系。栀子苷的平均回收率为98．37％（n=9），RSD为1．88％。结论该方法简便、准确，重复性好，可用于越鞠保和软胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Yueju Baohe Soft Capsules. Methods Radix Aucklandiae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Atractylodis were identified by TLC. The jasminoidin content was determinated by HPLC. Results The methodological study showed that a＇good linear correlation existed in the range of 20 -320ng for jasminoidin . The average recovery of jasminoidin was 98.37% （n = 9） and RSD was 1.88%. Conclusion The determination methods are simple ,accurate , and reproducible. The methods can be used for quality control of Yueju Baohe Soft Capsules .
