摘要 目的观察箭血封喉树叶的急性毒性。方法采用水和80%乙醇两种提取方式提取原材料,通过灌胃和腹腔注射两种给药方式,观察小鼠急性死亡率;并测定醇提取物经大孔吸附树脂处理后的乙醇洗脱物腹腔给药的LD50。结果灌胃给药时,水、醇提取物均未引起小鼠死亡(80g生药量/kg)。但腹腔给药后显示明显毒性,小鼠在1~3h内发生死亡;树脂醇洗脱物的LD50为(15.13±1.60)g·kg^-1结论见血封喉树叶经口服给药时小鼠不发生急性中毒反应。 Objective To observe the acute toxicity of the leaves of Antiaris toxicaria Lesch. Methods The material was extracted with solvent systems of H20 and 800/0 EtOH and the acute toxicity of different partitions of the two extracts were examined, as well as the gross ones, with administrations of ig or ip in the mouse. The LD50 of the ethanol eluate from maeroreticular resin columns were then determined. Results The results showed that no death was caused by the oral administration with a dose of 80 g/kg ( equivalent to the raw material) ; the toxicity was observed by means of ip administration and the median lethal dose was ( 15.13 ± 1.60)g · kg^-1 for the alcoholic fraction eluted from D - 101 resin column and the death occurred within 3h after injection. Conclusion In oral administration, the leaves of Antiaris toxicaria showed no sign of toxicity in mice.
