摘要 讨论研究了一个满足200Hz帧频的128*128点阵图像电阻阵驱动控制器的设计方案。采用嵌入式计算机和FPGA相结合的构架,充分利用100M以太网技术、乒乓缓冲技术、硬件查表技术,解决了图像数据的高速稳定传输的问题,采用高速串行DA技术解决了200Hz帧频的128路行驱动信号生成问题。 The paper discusses design of 128 * 128 MOS Resistance Arrays that meets 200Hz frame frequency. The design combines embedded computer system with FPGA technology, takes full use of new technologies, such as 100M Ethernet, Ping Pang Buffer, high speed serial DA and hardware table exchange, to solve the problem of high speed infrared image data flow. And it also adopts high speed serial DA to solve the problem of 128 lines driving signal generation of the infrared resistance arrays with 200Hz frame frequency.
