摘要
利用苗期营养液扦插鉴定法调查大白菜离体叶片小黑点病的发生状况,并结合以前大田调查结果,对高抗及易感小黑点病的高代自交系及其杂交F1代的小黑点发生状况及程度进行初步研究分析,结果表明,杂交F1代小黑点病的发生程度介于双亲之间,受环境影响比较明显;苗期营养液扦插鉴定法可作为大白菜抗小黑点病种质材料筛选的一种有效方法。
The occurrence of petiole spot trient solution cutting identification at seedling in detached leaves of Chinese cabbage was investigated by nustage. Combined with the previous results of field investigation, the occurring status and degree of petiole spot in advanced inbred lines with high resistance or susceptibility and their F1 hybrids were also analyzed. The results showed that the petiole spot occurrence degree of F1 hybrids was between that of their parents and was influenced significantly by environment. The nutrient solution cutting identification at seedling cabbage with high resistance to stage can be used as an efficient method for germplasm screening of Chinese petiole spot.
