论社会主义初级阶段公有制及其实现形式

On the Public Ownership at the Socialist Primary Stage and Its Realization Forms

本文认为马克思设想的公有制与现实社会主义建立的公有制在本质上具有一致性，但在运行机制和实现形式方面存在明显的差异性，而我国社会主义初级阶段的公有制又有其特殊规定性，即公有化程度不宜太高，公有制要与市场经济的要求相适应，并能够在竞争中求生存和发展。本文深入分析了公有制与市场经济的相容性和矛盾性。

The author holds that the public ownership conceived by Marx is intrinsically alike to the current socialist ownership,but different in the operational mechanism and realization forms.As for the public ownership at Chinese socialist primary stage,it has its own specialities,i.e.(1)the level of socialist public ownership should not be too high;(2)the public ownership should be suited to the reqnirements of market economy.The paper tries to give a deep analysis about the mutual consistency and contradiction in terms of public ownership and market economy.And the possible realization forms are also presented in the paper.
