从技术创新项目管理的角度,结合承担的863计划项目实施的管理实践,对煤炭企业科技创新的特点、科技创新项目的模式、项目管理关键环节等问题进行了一些探讨,希望为煤炭企业今后以产学研模式建立的科技创新项目管理提供可以借鉴的管理方法。

From the angle of innovation project management combined with the management practice of projects covered by the state ＂863 Programme＂, this paper presents some discussions on the new characteristics of innovation projects, modes of innovation projects, project management mechanism and key links in project management. The aim of this paper is to provide some management experience for future innovation projects based on the joint efforts from coal mines, universities and research institutions.
