摘要
本文用电化学和光电化学方法对P—I_nP电极进行氧化还原处理,以形成P—InP/In O_3/In表面修饰膜,并讨论了表面修饰过程对P—InP光电解水析氢反应的影响。
The P-InP electrode was reduced and oxided by means of electrochemical and photoeletrochemical methods in the pH=11 alkaline solution. After these processes the surface modification layers P-InP/In_2O_3/In could be formed. The influence of the modification layers on P-InP photoelectrolysis of water has been discussed.
