对纯棉薄型灯芯绒蜡印染整工艺进行了探讨,包括退浆、烧毛、煮漂、蜡印、染蜡纹和退蜡等。针对生产中产生的问题,提出注意要点,从而保证产品质量的稳定提高。

This paper detailed the wet processing of wax printed corduroy fabric in light weight, including desizing, singeing, scouring and bleaching, wax printing, dyeing wax breaking patterns, as well as wax removal. Aiming at the problems arising in production, matters needing attention were advanced to guarantee product quality.
