摘要
对常用的高印花固色率活性染料进行分析和比较,并就影响活性染料印花固色率的各因素,如染料结构、织物前处理条件、印花色浆配方、固色条件等进行了探讨,以供合理制订印花工艺,达到高固色率参考。
Different reactive dyes with high fixation were compared, various factors exerting influence on fixation of reactive dyes in printing process were analyzed, including dye structures, pretreatment of fabric, paste recipes, fixing conditions and so on. The suggested printing process could impart cotton fabrics good results.
