Discussion on the evaluation index system of urban green traffic planning

一个城市的绿色交通系统规划是否达到了城市绿色交通的总体目标,一套完善的绿色交通规划评价指标体系是必不可少的;文章初步建立了绿色交通评价指标体系,应用价值函数法进行评价,并举例说明城市绿色交通规划评价指标体系的可行性,能够对今后绿色交通规划评价指标体系的进一步完善起到一定的参考作用。

In order to assess whether or not the planning of a city＇s green transport system reaches the overall objective of urban green traffic, a sound green traffic planning evaluation index system is essential. In this paper, a green traffic evaluation index system is established, and the method based on valuation function is applied. The feasibility of the presented urban green traffic planning evaluation system is explained with an example. This study is useful for the improvement of urban green traffic planning evaluation index systems.
