摘要
在现代无线网络和通信技术的基础上,将移动计算技术引入到数字化车间制造中,提出了"数字化人"的概念与实现方法,在此基础上构建了人机协同车间数字化制造模式。文章分析了该模式的网络结构和功能,并针对人机协同车间数字化制造模式提出了面向角色多Agent、数字化人的工作流系统建模方法。
On the basis of modern technologies of wireless communication and wireless local area networks, this paper introduces the mobile computing technology into digital floor manufacture systems, and puts forward the conception of Digital Human(DM). On the basis of DM conception, the new mode of Man-Machine Coordinated Digital Shop Manufacturing(MMCDSM) is presented, which supports DM. The network architecture and function modules of this type of shop floor are analyzed, and by integrating the multi-agent technology with the workflow technology, a new method of role-based multi-agent and multi-DM workflow modeling is described which can be utilized in MMCDSM.
