面向多专家决策的产品应变力评价模型与方法

摘要 为科学地解决不确定性环境下产品应变力评价问题,文章给出了一种面向多专家决策的产品应变力评价模型与方法;首先对产品应变力内涵和影响因素进行分析,并通过不同的评价等级对各因素的影响程度进行描述;然后运用拓展后的证据推理算法对专家给出的评价信息进行合成,得出产品应变力的总体评价值;最后给出算例。 To solve the product mobility evaluation problem under uncertainties, an evaluation model and method of product mobility for multi-expert decision making is proposed. The definition and the influencing factors of product mobility are first analyzed, and the impacts of the factors on product mobility are characterized by a set of assessment grades. The recursive and analytical algorithms of evidential reasoning are used to integrate all assessment information given by multiple experts, and then the total evaluation value of product mobility is obtained. A numerical example is given to show the feasibility and availability of this approach.
