摘要
目的探讨E-cadherin(上皮钙黏着蛋白,E-cad)mRNA与肺癌及其病理类型之间的相关性。方法用巢式RT-PCR检测50例肺癌患者的癌、癌旁和远癌肺组织及5例肺良性对照标本中的E-cad mRNA的相对表达量。结果癌组织1.33±0.53、癌旁组织1.65±0.60、远癌组织2.01±0.46、非肺癌对照肺组织2.09±0.09,经方差分析癌、癌旁和远癌组织差异有统计学意义(F=18.810,P<0.01),但远癌组织与非肺癌对照肺组织之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肺鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌的癌组织、癌旁组织和远癌组织中E-cad mRNA水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论E-cad mRNA表达减少或缺失与肺癌的发生和发展有相关性,与肺癌的组织类型无关。
Objective To explore the correlation of E-cadherin (E-cad) mRNA expression with tumorigenesis and development of lung cancer. Methods The relative quantitative nested RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of E-cad mRNA in cancerous tissues, adjacent and distal tissues of tumor from 50 lung cancer patients, and non-cancerous benign lung tissues from 5 lung disorder patients. Re- sults The means of expression rate of E-cad mRNA in cancerous tissue, adjacent and distal tissues of tumor, and non-cancerous tissues were 1.33 ±0.53,1.65 ± 0.60, 2.01 ± 0.46 and 2.09± 0.09 respectively. The data were evaluated by analysis of variance. There were significant difference among cancerous tissue, adjacent and distal tissue ( F = 18. 810, P 〈 0.01 ), but there was no significant difference between distal tissues of lung cancer and non-cancerous lung tissues (P 〉 0.05 ). Also, there were no significant differences among squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma in the group of cancerous, adjacent and distal tissue. Conclusion The reduced expression of E-cadherin mRNA may play important role for tumorigenesis and development of lung cancer, and there was no evident relationship of E-cad mRNA with different pathological types of lung cancer.
