摘要
利用系统溶剂提取法、正相和反相硅胶柱色谱法等手段,从金刚纂70%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物.化合物经波谱分析鉴定为3,3’,4-’tri-O-methylellagic acid(1),3,3-’di-O-methylellagic acid(2),6,7,8-trimethoxy-coumarin(3),7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-coumarin(4),Kaempferol-3-O-a-L-rhamnopyranoside(5),胡萝卜苷(6).其中,化合物2,4,5为首次从该植物中分离得到.并对其中的两个香豆素化合物3和4的光活化抗微生物活性进行了研究.结果显示,化合物3和4在黑暗中和紫外光的照射后,对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽胞杆菌未表现出抗菌活性.
To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia antiquorum L. , the air-dried stems of this plant were extracted with 70% ethanol. The extracts were purified by normal-phase and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography. Six compounds were obtained from Euphorbia antiquorum L. They were identified as to be 3,3', 4 '-tri-O-methylellagic acid (1), 3,3 '-di-O-methylellagic acid (2), 6,7,8-trimethoxyl-coumarin (3), 7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-coumarin (4), Kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopy ranoside (5), daucosterol (6) by spectral analysis. Among them, compounds 2, 4 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 3 and 4 were screened for their photoactivated antimicrobial activities against 2 bacterial strains, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis by TLC bioautography technique, but none of them displayed antibacterial activities in the dark and UV.
