摘要
从某印染厂生化处理池分离得到3株脱色菌.对脱色效果较好的SG2进行了初步研究.结果表明,SG2对直接大红4BE,活性嫩黄X-7G,还原棕R,硫化黄棕5G等染料均有较好的脱色效果.SG2在以直接大红4BE、硫化5G和直接4BE作为脱色底物时,接种后24 h内存在明显的生长抑制过程,但以分散绿C-6B和还原棕R作为脱色底物时对菌体生长没有抑制现象.兼性厌氧条件对染料脱色有促进作用,但对菌体生长不利.外加可可利用碳源和氮源对染料脱色和菌体生长都有明显的促进作用.结合生理特殊化鉴定,SG2初步确定为沙门菌属(Salmonella).
Three decolorization strains were isolated from wastewater treatment pool in dyeing factory. The bacterium SG2 which had better decolorization efficiency was selected to elementarily study. Results showed that several dyes, such as the direct scarlet 4BE, disperse green C-6B, sulfur yellow brown 5G and reactive light yellow X7G could be decolorized. The growth of SG2 strain was inhibited in 24h when the dye was used as substrates such as direct scarlet 4BE, reactive light yellow X-7G, and sulfur yellow brown 5G , whereas the growth was not inhibited when the dye was used with disperse green C 6B or vat red brown R. In the facultative anaerobic condition, the efficiency of dye decolorization was promoted but the growth of the SG2 strain was inhibited. Adding extra carbon and nitrogen sources were benefit both of dye decolorization and SG2 strain growth. According to the characteristics of the biochemistry and physiology tests and bacterium microstructure, SG2 was identified as Salmonella.
