摘要
生态基础设施是关系到城市生态安全和健康的问题.针对目前此类问题中量化的不确定性和不完整性,从生态基础设施的概念出发,参考国内外生态城市、园林城市等,根据国际、国内有关指标标准,以大气系统、绿地系统和水文系统为依据,构建评价指标体系,采用层次分析法和综合指数法建立评价模型,并对我国四大直辖市的生态基础设施进行了研究.结果表明,上海属于较好等级,北京、天津、重庆属于一般等级,但4个城市的生态基础设施质量状况排序为:上海、北京、天津、重庆.通过评价分析,了解了四大直辖市的生态基础设施质量状况,为城市的规划建设提供了科学依据.
Ecological infrastructure is involved with ecological security and health of cities. At present, there is so much study about it. However, quantitative study is much indetermination and imperfection. In this paper, in order to ravel out this problem, the evaluation indexes system was established on the basis of air system, greenbelt system and water system from the conception and connotation of ecological infrastructure. It dose not only consult inside and outside of China ecological city and gardens city but also consult with internal and international relating with indexes standard. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the method of comprehensive index evaluation are applied to es tablish the evaluation model. Then, it studied the quality and evolvement characteristic of ecological infrastructure in the case of four municipalities directly under the central government of China. Finally, it draws a conclusion the quality of ecological infrastructure of Shanghai remained with better grade; Beijing, Tianjin and Chongqing belonged to common grade. The integrated quality conditions of ecological infrastructure of these four cities followed as the sequence: Shanghai〉 Beijing 〉 Tianjin 〉 Chongqing. The quality of ecological infrastructure of four cities was known through evaluation analysis, which provided a scientific basis for their programming.
