摘要
利用静电纺丝装置制备了高收缩聚酯(HSPET)的纳米纤维膜,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及X-射线衍射仪(XRD)对该纤维膜的微观形貌及结晶行为进行了表征。实验结果表明:将1.1gHSPET溶于1mL二氯甲烷和4mL三氟乙酸的混合溶剂中,即得质量分数为13%的溶液,在18kV的电压下,纺丝状态比较稳定,所得的纤维均匀且直径较小。
Electrospinning equipment was utilized in preparing nanofibrous HSPET membrane . The micromorphology and crystallization of the electrospun non-woven membranes were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) respectively. Experiment results showed that the solution with 1.1 g HSPET dissolves in the mixture of 4 mL CF3COOH and lmL CCl4 could be prepared stably with electrospinning equipment, and the diameter of fiber was thinner than the ones prepared under other conditions.
