摘要
柞蚕是起源于中国的大型绢丝昆虫,保护和开发其基因资源对柞蚕业的可持续发展具有重要意义。根据GenBank数据库的检索结果,从能量相关蛋白基因、免疫相关基因、神经肽类基因、昼夜节律相关基因、气味结合蛋白基因、表皮蛋白基因、代谢相关酶类基因等方面介绍柞蚕功能基因分离研究进展,并提出了今后开展有关研究的对策和建议。
The tussah, Antheraea pernyi, which is originated from China, is a representative silk-producing insect of Saturnidae. It is extraordinary necessary to carry out the functional genomics as soon as possible for protecting and exploiting the gene resources of the tussah. According to the functional genes released in GenBank database, the progress of separated functional genes involved in energy, immunity, neuropeptide hormones, circadianrhythm, odorant binding protein, cuticle protein and metabolism enzymes were reviewed in this paper. The current research status was also discussed briefly. This review serves to propose some strategies for the related research.
