摘要
评价羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)对糜烂性毒剂芥子气(HD)模拟剂2-氯乙基乙基硫醚(CEES)、G类模拟剂磷酸三甲酯(TMP)和甲基对硫磷农药的增溶作用,结果表明,HP-β-CD对模拟剂的增溶倍数服从线性规律.HP-β-CD和亚碘酰苯甲酸(IBA)包结物对CEES和丙氟磷农药(DFP)的催化降解结果表明,CEES被HP-β-CD包结,与空腔中的IBA相遇,部分水解,部分被IBA氧化;DFP在包结物消毒剂溶液中的降解呈拟一级反应,水解速率随IBA浓度的提高呈线性增加,降解速率比IBA胶束溶液提高了近6倍,推测在反应过程中DFP进入HP-β-CD空腔,IBA催化DFP发生P—F键断裂降解反应.
The solubilization performance of hydroxypropyl-β-yclodextrin (HP-fl-CD) on mustard (CEES) stimulant 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide (2-CEES), satin simulant trimethyl phosphate (TMP) and methyl parathion was analyzed in this work. It was found that the solubility of these stimulants was increased with the influence of HP-β-CD. Moreover, the relationship between the increase rate of solubility of these stimulants and the concentration of HP-β-CD exhibited a linear trend. In addition, a kind of HP-β-CD/o-iodosylbenzoic acid (IBA) complex was synthesized. The decontaminated capacity of the complex on CEES and DFP was also analyzed. The results showed that part of CEES was hydrolyzed and the other part of CEES was oxidized by IBA at the inside of the complex. It was also found that the decomposition reaction of DFP with the concentration of HP-β-CD was displayed as pseudo-first-order rate reaction. And the hydrolysis rate of DFP with IBA increased linearly. The decomposition rate was almost 6 times of the concentration of IBA/CTAT. It was conferred that DFP was decomposition by P-F cleavage, after DFP molecules entered into the cavum of HP--βCD.
