民歌的“流行地”并非都是“发祥地”——从《茉莉花》的传播谈起 被引量:2

摘要 我国的传统音乐历史源远流长,对民歌的探源固然重要但也存在一定的难度。近些年来,由民歌的源流而引发的有关民歌"版权"归属问题的争议此起彼伏。本文从《茉莉花》的传播谈起,就《茉莉花》很难找到确切的"发祥地"、民歌传播的无序性、民歌"版权"属于广大群众三个方面,重在阐述民歌的"流行地"并非都是"发祥地",与其以"发祥地"为由头引发新的版权之争,不如更多地关注音乐本体的发展情况。 Our traditional music has a long standing and well-established history, which decides the importance and difficulties of exploring the original region of folk songs. A heated debate about the ownership of folk songs' copyright is under way in China in recent years. This article makes a discussion from two aspects, on the one hand, the spread of Jasmine and folk songs is at random ,on the other hand, the copyright of folk songs belongs to our people, in hope that much emphasis on the developing condition of our folk songs should be placed instead of setting off another around of dispute about copyright.
