摘要 目的:在医疗设备招标中,建立新的综合评价体系。方法:基于RS理论,建立数学模型,并确定医疗设备评价体系中的各类参数。结果:能够高效、客观、公正、科学地对所投标的医疗设备做出评价。结论:实际应用效果良好,具有推广应用价值。 Objective To set up a new synthetical appraising system in inviting public bidding for medical equipment. Methods Mathematics model was established based on RS theory. Parameters in the appraising system were set. Results Medical equipment for bidding were appraised effectively, impersonally, fairly and scientifically. Conclusion With good application effect, the system worth popularizing.
