五味子提取物对AA肉仔鸡抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 选用五味子提取物作为饲料添加剂,通过测定35、56日龄肉仔鸡血清、心脏、肝脏和肾组织中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性,谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)与丙二醛(MDA)含量,研究五味子提取物对AA肉仔鸡抗氧化指标的影响。采用单因子随机分组试验设计。结果表明:添加五味子提取物可显著提高35日龄肉仔鸡血清和肝脏、56日龄肉仔鸡肝脏和心脏SOD活性。添加五味子提取物可显著降低35日龄肉仔鸡血清MDA含量,0.2%五味子提取物可显著降低35日龄肉仔鸡心脏MDA含量(P<0.05),0.4%五味子提取物可显著降低56日龄肉仔鸡肝脏MDA含量(P<0.05)。添加五味子提取物可显著提高35日龄血清和肝脏GR活性(P<0.05),并且作用效果好于黄霉素组,添加0.2%五味子提取物可提高56日龄肝脏和肾脏GR活性(P<0.05),并且作用效果好于黄霉素组。添加0.2%、0.4%五味子提取物组可显著提高35日龄肉仔鸡肾脏总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),添加五味子提取物可显著提高56日龄心脏总抗氧化能力(P<0.05)。 We selected extract of Schisandra Chinensis (ESC) as a feed additive to determin serum, heart, liver and kidney tissues total superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity, glutathione reductase (GR) activity, total antioxidant capacity (T - AOC) and malondialdehyde(MDA) levels of 35-day-old and 56-day-old broilers and researching the effect of ESC on antioxidant index of AA broilers. The single factor randomized experimental design was used. The results indicated that the diets added ESC could significantly increase T-SOD activity of serum and liver of 35-day-old broilers, and could significantly increase T-SOD activity of liver and heart of 65-day-old broilers (P 〈 0.05). The diet added ESC could significantly decrease MDA content of serum of 35-day-old broilers (P 〈 0.05). The diet added 0.2% ESC could significantly decrease MDA content of heart of 35-day-old broilers (P 〈 0.05), and added 0.4%ESC could significantly decrease MDA content of liver of 56-day-old broilers(P 〈 0.05). The results demonstrated that contrast to the control and the FLA, GR activity in serum and liver of 35-day-old broilers supplemented with ESC was significantly increased (P 〈 0.05), and GR activity in liver and kidney of 56-day-old broilers supplemented with 0.2% ESC were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05). The results revealed that T-AOC ability of kidney of 35-day-old broilers supplemented with 0.2% ESC and 0.4% ESC was significantly increased (P 〈 0.05), and T-AOC ability of heart of 56-day-old broilers supplemented with ESC was significantly increased(P 〈 0.05).
