摘要
主要讨论了溶液pH、吸附时间、染料初始质量浓度、温度以及离子强度等因素对壳聚糖吸附酸性品红、甲基橙、二甲酚橙和结晶紫等4种染料的影响。实验结果表明,壳聚糖对染料的吸附能力随着溶液pH的降低和初始质量浓度的增加而升高,受温度的影响较小,在60 min内吸附过程达到平衡;壳聚糖对结构式中带有偶氮基和磺酸基的酸性染料较易吸附,而对碱性染料的吸附效果不够理想。
The effect of pH value, absorbing time, temperature, initial concentration of dyestuff and ionic strength on the removal of acid violet red, methyl orange, xylenol orange and crystal violet by chitosan is investigated. Results show that the adsorption capacity of the chitosan increases with the reduction of pH value and with the increment of initial concentration of dyestuff, the effect of temperature on the adsorption is weaker and the adsorption reaches equilibrium in 60 minutes. Besides, chitosan enjoys a higher adsorption capacity for azo dyestuff and acid dyestuff with sulfo-group than for alkaline dyestuff.
