Education,Employment and Economic Increase:Operation Mechanism and Empirical Analysis

教育、就业和经济增长之间具有极为密切的关系。在对传统经济理论和人力资本理论进行阐释的基础上,深入分析了教育发展促进经济和就业增长的作用机制,并根据我国教育、就业和经济的发展特征及统计资料,对我国教育发展与就业、经济等相关指标的关系进行了定量分析和实证研究,提出了新时期我国教育发展与改革的基本思路和对策措施。

Education, employment and economic increase are closely related. On the basis of explaining the traditional theories on economy and manpower capital, we analyzed the operation mechanism in which educational development promotes employment and economic increase. Besides, we made quantitative analysis and empirical studies on the relationship between such correlated indexes as education, employment and economy in accordance with the characteristics and statistics of development in the foregoing three fields. And we put forward the basic direction and measures of educational development and reform in the new era.
