广州社区的地域特征与建设规划的环境分析

Regional Features of Guangzhou Communities and Environmental Analysis of Its Construction Planning

在评价广州社区类型、结构、规模、布局等复杂多样、区域差异明显,以及建设滞后等存在问题基础上,提出应按照广州城市外部、内部环境和人文精神环境的差异,针对广州旧城、新城和城中村三种地域类型,采取相应的社区建设规划理念、目标和对策。

From the view of social geography, the characteristics of Guangzhou communities are analyzed： the traditional communities coexist with modem ones; the difference in scale is great; the distribution takes on concentration communities and scattered communities. Some contradictions and problems are pointed out, including the singleness of the basis of communities division, the community construction lagging behind urban expansion, the disjunction between resident committee and community function, and the weak participation consciousness of community residents. It is proposed that the construction of Guangzhou communities should be based on the following three environments. The first is the external environment of Guangzhou： the cities is located at the river-sea intersection, has a millennium history of commercial city and is adjacent to Hongkong and Macao, gathering Chinese and western cultures together, and has developed marine cultures, etc. The second is the internal environment： there are mountains, hills and rivers in the city, the city is faced with the South China Sea, and has a clear urban axis, a history of more than two thousand years of urban cultural tradition with distinct regional differences. The third is the human environment： in the city there are plenty of social custom activities, numerous famous celebrities and lots of myths and legends. Different types of community should take relevant measures for their construction. The construction of communities in old urban districts should be based mainly on renovation and renewal, while that of the new urban districts should mainly take ecological civilization with modernization standard as guiding ideology. As for the old villages in newly developed urban area, it is suggested that some typical communities could be selected as pilot experiment units, and their construction planning could be carried out gradually in different areas and at different periods in order to reach the aim of urbanization.
