An Approach for SOA-Based New Rural Information Service Integration

随着全面建设社会主义新农村方针和政策的深入贯彻,信息化服务"三农"已成为亟需解决的问题。系统地定义了新农村信息化概念,采用中间件技术,基于面向服务的体系架构(SOA)来实现新农村资源构件和服务的集成,提出了基于市级政府数据中心的新农村信息综合服务平台框架和多层次多渠道通讯服务方式的基于构件的系统集成方案,并以新农村合作医疗和生态旅游信息服务为例进行了系统建模,丰富和完善信息化服务的内容,形成基于新农村资源服务平台下的信息资源共享与协同工作。

Along with the thorough implementation of comprehensive construction on socialism new rural guidelines and policies, to address the information service for country, farmer and agriculture has already been a problem. This paper defines a concept of new rural informatilization. With the aid of middleware technology and service oriented architecture, a general framework for integrating software resource components and services on new rural are proposed, as well as an integration plan of synthesis service platform based on municipal government data center, and techniques towards multi-channel communications based on components are discussed, exampled by the service models of new rural cooperative medical care and ecotourism, in order to enrich and perfect the content of information service, form the information resource sharing and cooperation oriented to resource service platform of new rural.
